We’re on the hunt for a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead the way in managing customer data, CRM strategies, and marketing performance for our brand. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be a key player in our marketing team and will work closely with merchandising, ecommerce, product, and retail departments.What You’ll Do:Dive into customer data and CRM decision-making, using a test-and-learn approach to understand and engage customer segments.Partner with IT to implement the best tech solutions for data analysis.Track and report on marketing results, enhance consumer retention, and optimize marketing channels with an innovative mindset.Oversee the strategy and execution of our customer data, continuously seeking new growth opportunities.Stay true to our brand while clearly communicating results and strategies to the executive team.Manage and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.Collaborate across teams to solve problems and identify opportunities.What We’re Looking For:Expertise in CRM and Marketing Analytics:

Experience with testing methods (like A/B tests), BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics), and advanced SQL query writing.Data-Driven:

Skilled in building dashboards, analyzing clienteling lists, and maintaining CRM systems with a keen eye for data cleanliness.Communication Skills:

Ability to present complex information clearly, design impactful decks, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.Leadership and Collaboration:

Experience mentoring junior staff, working with cross-functional teams, and bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to high-end retail and customer experiences.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years in data analysis, CRM maintenance, and report building.Strong understanding of marketing funnel data, project management, and troubleshooting BI reporting.Background in luxury retail or consumer brands is a plus.Proficient in Google Analytics, Aptos (or similar CRM tools), Tableau, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.Perks of the Role:Be part of a dynamic team where your ideas and initiatives are valued.If you’re a data enthusiast with a creative edge and a passion for retail, we’d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $161,082.00 - $174,408.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
