Join our dynamic Marketing team as our new Director Regional Marketing today!A few details about the role:Provide strategic focus and marketing leadership for assigned communities, across integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with the goal of meeting sales and occupancy targets.Manage, with internal company teams and external vendors, to create and deploy scalable marketing assets.Oversee the creation, deployment, and usage of marketing assets to local teams.Possess a deep understanding of the assigned communities' key business metrics and market conditions inclusive of vacancy rates by residence, CRM data, pricing opportunities and challenges, competitive threats, and aligning marketing on the unique business challenges of each community.Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing to develop strategic and brand-unique marketing plans for assigned communities.Lead creative strategy based on brand nuance and insights across all assets needed by the community for sales success such as sales collateral, interior branding elements (i.e., merchandising), asset development (photoshoots), etc.Sells in marketing and creative strategies to our client (the communities) and leads regular and frequent marketing communications for assigned communities and collaborates with regional sales leadership to ensure strategic alignment of marketing objectives with community sales teams.Provides marketing subject matter expertise for strategic consultation across the portfolio, including, but not limited to, owned media, earned media, SEO/content, direct mail, and reputation management.And here's what you need to apply:Bachelor's Degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.Eight to ten years progressively increasing marketing and communications experience.Lifespace has enjoyed over 40 years of success, and this is just the beginning.
