The ideal leader for this role is equal parts strategic and creative and can seamlessly translate our business objectives, product strategy, and insights into global marketing plans that drive portfolio and business growth.Job Description:What You’ll DoDevelop marketing strategies that drive financial services portfolio growth and deliver against our consumer segment KPIs through the full funnel, partnering closely with global marketing and commercial leaders.Define and monitor the critical metrics for measuring success of financial services marketing activities and own end-to-end reporting of marketing performance across channels and markets.Collaborate with Product/Design/Eng/Market Research to influence product roadmaps with the goal of increasing product adoption, differentiation, and customer growth.Define audience, global positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies that enable marketing, comms, and partner teams to grow awareness, consideration, and usage.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs, and act as voice of the customer at all stages of the product lifecycle.Establish strong relationships with cross-functional groups to enable collaboration and communication.What You’ll Bring10-15 years experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.Experience working globally.Strong executive presence and communication skills.Passion for customer-centric strategy and experience in generating insights.Team player with leadership abilities.Ability to distill complex information into actionable messages and strategies.Fast learner and problem solver.Creating a culture where Product Marketing is the voice of the customer.Strong leadership and ability to inspire the team.Nice to have: Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.Additional Job Description:Subsidiary:
