In this role you will help us create beautiful and usable customer experiences by focusing on understanding customer pain points and conceiving creative and compelling UX solutions. You will inspire the team to think big and explore new ideas, insist on the highest standards for interaction and visual design patterns, and build trusted partnerships with product and engineering teams.Your approach:Ability to establish strong partnerships with leadership and cross-functional teamsHands-on, roll up your sleeves collaborative style of workingBring energy and enthusiasm to the job and organizationEnthusiasm for designing innovative, customer-focused technology productsConsistently attain/exceed individual and team goalsAbility to combine personal creativity with the influence of market and research dataResponsibilities:Design the end-to-end user journey from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design executionsCollaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design workUse both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure and improve your designsCultivate a deep understanding of design systems that turn complex operational processes into elegant application experiences for our customersPartner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholdersConduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping and analyze the dataQualifications
6+ years of software and web design experienceDeep expertise in best practices of user experience and user interface designExperience designing software and web-based products for mass-market consumer executionsExperience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexityExperience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in natureBachelor's Degree in Design from a reputable universityCandidate must have an available online portfolioAdditional Information
