At Sittercity, you can help design and implement solutions that will transform a multi-billion-dollar industry, providing much-needed relief to parents and care providers alike.The OpportunityOur high-performing marketing team is looking for an ambitious, analytical, and creative Growth Marketing Manager (CRM) with deep experience creating customer journeys that inspire, delight, and perform. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, focusing on customer engagement and retention across all our audience segments (families, sitters, & corporate clients). The role involves crafting personalized, data-driven customer journeys, optimizing audience segmentation, collaborating on messaging and creative, as well as managing cross-functional projects with teams across Product, Brand, and Lifecycle to improve customer activation & retention to drive bottom line results.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive customer retention and engagement through data-driven CRM strategies, leveraging the Braze platform to create personalized customer journeys.Spearhead cross-functional projects, working closely with Product, Brand, and Lifecycle teams to increase customer retention and overall revenue.Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies and manage campaigns designed to acquire and retain customers.Design and implement sophisticated segmentation strategies to ensure targeted messaging and personalized experiences for various customer segments.Develop and refine creative assets, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.Hypothesize and incorporate A/B testing insights to continuously optimize campaigns.Identify and test new channels and tools that could help acquire and retain customers, improving overall performance and revenue growth.Education and Experience:4-6 years of CRM experience, preferably with a focus on lifecycle marketing in B2C and B2B2E environments.Hands-on experience with the Braze platform is essential.Proven track record in driving customer retention and acquisition through personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.Strong experience in customer segmentation, messaging, and using data to inform marketing strategy.Experience with multi-channel marketing and customer journey optimization.Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.Excellent project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Why you should join usWe offer an innovative and fun environment that rewards passionate and curious individuals.
