We are looking for a passionate Creative Content Manager to support strategic creative content initiatives for our CRM product. Reporting to the Head of Marketing CRM, you will play a key role in executing projects that align directly with the CRM marketing’s top priorities.

With a team of over 50 individuals spanning product, R&D, design, analysts, marketing, product marketing, content creation, and even video editing, we possess all the necessary resources to build an exceptional organization and drive rapid growth for the company.Launched in May 2022, our CRM product has seen exceptional growth. With over 18K paying accounts and 22X ARR growth compared to monday.com main product, this is one of the fastest-growing CRMs in the world - even though CRM is the biggest most competitive SaaS industry and the potential ahead is vast.Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end the creative copy and process for our digital adsManage our social media presence, tone of voice, and brand identityBe a strategic content partner to help bring ideas to life and work closely with stakeholders to think outside-the-box for creative solutionsContribute and collaborate with the content team to align our voice across platforms and assetsCollaborate with the video team on creatives for ads and brand assetsSuggest, manage, and execute marketing creative initiatives and campaigns that promote the CRMBe in charge of event marketing - from messaging to swag and organizationSupport various product marketing initiatives, including product launches and moreYour Experience & Skills
4+ years of experience in creative and content marketing, including experience with creating ads, social media management, lead generation, creative campaigns, and event marketingA creative and skilled writer who isn’t afraid to tackle a blank page head-onA strategic self-starter who brings vision and passion to the work they doExperience managing multiple projects at once and can produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentCollaborates well within and across teams and can give and receive constructive feedbackUnderstanding in SEO - an advantagePlease include a portfolio/writing sample with the application.What monday.com can offer you:
