8am to 4pmResponsibilities:Lead the design of a unified "single pane of glass" interface that integrates all identified use cases and supports seamless data flow.Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to conduct engagement sessions using approved User Experience / Human Centered Design methodologies.Create detailed user journeys and process maps to inform interface design decisions.Work closely with AI and ML teams to embed AI tools within the interface, including AI-generated call notes, assistor bots, and contextual data retrieval.Enhance usability through design thinking principles, ensuring a smooth transition from current to future state processes.Develop comprehensive prototypes and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing results.Collaborate with Full Stack Developers to ensure proper implementation of design elements and interactions.Participate in Agile ceremonies and support efficient configuration and implementation of new interface features.Contribute to defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to user experience and interface performance.Required Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in UI/UX design for large-scale enterprise applications.Proficiency in User Experience / Human Centered Design methodologies.Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Experience integrating AI and machine learning features into user interfaces.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with low code/no code development platforms and their design implications.Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with design thinking principles and their application in complex system design.Understanding of federal compliance requirements and their impact on user interface design.Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experienceSkills:UI/UX
