Marketing Strategy Manager, Product , to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a vital member of the consumer marketing strategy team, serving as an expert on the needs and desires of our customers. You’ll use your expertise to guide the organization in developing and packaging a compelling value proposition that helps Brightspeed stand out from competitors. You will use data and insights to select product features, proof points, benefits, and value-added services that support growth and customer satisfaction goals. You will partner across the company with product management, marketing operations, pricing, customer experience, demand generation, branding, and more to bring our products and value proposition to life. To be successful in this position, you will have an ownership mentality around driving business results and be obsessed with tweaking our portfolio to drive growth by delighting customers.As a Marketing Strategy Manager, Product, your duties and responsibilities will include:Develop and use deep customer and market understanding to create and prioritize a product/portfolio roadmap.Create compelling business cases for new products and features that support both subscriber and revenue growth in the short, medium, and long term.Manage vendor selection, product development, and new product launches by engaging cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, IT, technical product management, sales, marketing, CRM, pricing, and others.Partner with our brand team and agency partners to develop and maintain a compelling and defensible value proposition.Adopt a test & learn approach to iteratively solve problems and quickly get solutions to market; continually “turn the dials” to get the optimal mix that balances acquisition goals with business outcomes and customer satisfaction.Monitor performance data for in-market products/portfolio and develop plans for optimization and improvement of business results.Identify market trends with customers, competitors, new technology and marketing capabilities.Collaborate with marketing teammates to generate demand for products and effectively bolster Brightspeed’s overall value proposition.Design and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business targets.Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.7+ years of marketing and/or product strategy work.Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute business strategies.3+ years of experience in telecommunications.Self-motivation and self-discipline: complete work in a timely manner with minimal oversight.Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills: need to be able to absorb a great deal of information about the business, analyze the data and make clear and useful recommendations.Listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills: need to interact with Brightspeed employees at various levels of the organization and must be able to do so with diplomacy and effective communication skills.Communication skills: Need to be able to communicate concisely and persuasively across PowerPoint, email and Teams calls, with executives, peers and frontline staff.Firm understanding of business financials and industry economics. Always approach business problems by thinking holistically and what will be best for the business.Forecasting: Ability to put together a forecast with the key drivers and the resulting business outcomes (financial and driver).BONUS POINTS FOR:Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.Experience in problem solving, research and quantitative analysis.
