Field Marketing Specialist
to lead and execute business-to-business marketing, community-based outreach programs, field marketing events, and support of our pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practices within a given region.
If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.ResponsibilitiesBuild new relationships with businesses and organizations through a variety of tactics including community programs, educational events, in-person meetings, and other grassroots marketing efforts.Create a larger patient base for our practices through community programs, outreach, and grassroots marketing initiatives.Be the face of our company, representing high-quality service and professionalism.Maintain trusting relationships with community partners, educating our communities on the importance of dental, vision, and orthodontic care within an assigned region.Partner with the office team to understand and implement marketing best practices that result in attracting new patients and promoting patient education and community partnerships.Identify areas of need, key events, and activities in our communities that will drive improved patient education, access to care, and new patients to our practices.Build relationships with families in need and model a compassionate attitude when working with patients and teammates who come from an array of backgrounds and life circumstances.RequirementsMust have the ability to travel within our surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis (approximately 90% travel including overnight stays for 2-3 days/week).Ability to work weekends and necessary hours to get the job done.Proven ability to administer community events by successfully managing patient flow and high-quality service.Experience in public speaking and implementation of community programs for those in need.Demonstrated field marketing and/or event experience.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.Experience with medical, dental, and/or vision care is a plus.Physical RequirementsThis position requires a full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50.
