Job Overview:

We are currently in search of a Product Marketing Manager to join our E-Delivery team. This role will focus on our key product in our E-Delivery lineup. You will work interdepartmentally to optimize performance and enable success in current and new markets.

This position is hybrid remote, located in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning:

Develop compelling messaging and clear value propositions that increase buy-in from users and product adoption by customers.

Sales Enablement:

Create sales and marketing content such as presentations, sales sheets, and brochures to support the sales process.

Product Education:

Become the source of truth for the product. Conduct training sessions to enable internal teams, contractors, and customers to use the product effectively and understand the benefits.

Performance Tracking and Data Analysis:

Monitor product performance. Review and analyze data, providing insights into product performance. Find creative solutions to A/B test improvements in UI/UX, content, and email outreach.

Program Management:

Own the flow of information around the product, aligning projects to moving requirements and strict development calendars. Identify issues and escalate to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years experience in marketing.

Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and/or CSS strongly preferred.

Experience with CRM preferred.

Collaborated cross-functionally with multiple teams – including Sales, Legal, IT, and Product Management to drive company success.

Problem-solving and project management capabilities.

Starting Pay:

$70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, Hybrid in Seattle, WA.
