Job Description This is a remote position.Job DescriptionRayyan Systems, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Marketing Manager to design, execute and manage a global digital product marketing strategy.The Digital Product Marketing Manager will breakdown the customer journey, and design and develop marketing programs to raise awareness and cultivate interest in Rayyan products and services among the global research community. This role includes several important responsibilities, including mapping the customer journey in order to build a B2C sales funnel with the goal of increasing the evaluation, commitment and sales of Rayyan, and supporting B2B sales through marketing programs that generate interested prospects, qualified leads, and potential deals that support enterprise sales.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Digital Product Marketing Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, including with the Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams.About RayyanRayyan is a SaaS research collaboration platform, featuring an AI-assisted workbench to help accelerate the process of searching, extracting, and synthesizing relevant information from research papers to inform evidence-based decision-making, including evidence-based medicine.Job Location:

The job is remote.Key Responsibilities:Devise a global product marketing strategy with prioritizations of regions, countries, sectors, industries and personae to scale users and revenues rapidlyDevelop the organizational capabilities to enable and support marketing successEstablish and achieve marketing objectives using internal and external resourcesDrive adoption of company marketing programs among partner organizationsAchieve quarterly objectives with milestone metrics and progress trackingAdjust and adapt strategies to support new company initiatives and objectivesProvide market feedback on product pricing, packaging and desired functionalityShare a love for researchers and the good they are doing for societies and humanityRequirements
Qualifications:5+ years of demonstrated experience with product marketing, overseeing digital asset creation, and digital marketing campaign managementA strong familiarity with how the sales of enterprise software, scientific and medical research software, workflow tools and/or publications differs, both B2C and B2BExperience in the professional information services, scientific and medical publishing, SaaS software, or academic, governmental or non-governmental research organizationsExperience analyzing and developing strategies, processes, key performance indicators, and organizing teams to drive successHigh-energy personality with excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong project and program management skills including development and execution of global and regional marketing plansDemonstrated leadership skills and an ability to work autonomously and as a team playerProblem-solving disposition with a constant desire to improve performance and outcomesAbility to deliver initiatives from conception through completion on time and on budgetProcess oriented and knows how to experiment, design, monitor, predict and measure successA strong sense of urgency and accountability is requiredInternational work experience across cultures is highly desirableA comprehensive understanding of GDPR/CCA privacy rules and regulationsThe ability to evaluate, adopt and learn new tools quickly.Skills:
