Leading and executing Polly’s product marketing, you're excited to build a new function from the ground up and work closely with senior leadership to shape the vision for Product Marketing at Polly. Unify the vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy across 3-5 teams.Manage planning across teams proactively that include quarterly roadmap reviews, biannual planning, and team level OKR planning.Lead 3-5 scrum team product managers focusing on managing and developing product managers, mentoring teams, guiding others in their career paths, performance reviews, resource allocation, and team prioritization. Team could include but is not limited to business analysts, technical writers, or product managers.Plan work 3-4 months in advance collaborating with your team(s) to provide accurately forecasted estimates.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver impactful product features and improvements.Maintain a clear understanding of when to lean in, redirect, or stop an initiative.Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of key initiatives.Influence and act as a go-to for a broader range of initiatives through a group.Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring customer needs are met and market opportunities are maximized.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new growth opportunities.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.Present product updates, strategic roadmaps, and key performance metrics to senior leadership and external stakeholders.Act as a key advocate for the product, representing its vision both internally and externally, driving adoption and awareness.What you have:

Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SaaS products, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.Hands on style of leadership with ability to build from scratch, influence others, and work autonomously.Strong understanding of product positioning, market segmentation, and customer needs to effectively launch new features or products.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.Experience with pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and value proposition development to optimize product-market fit.Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement.Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and analytics tools to measure campaign performance, market trends, and ROI.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling product messaging for various channels and audiences.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools to build scalable marketing programs and track effectiveness.Why join Polly?
