If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Conference Producer to join our Rethink Events team, producing meaningful, impactful conferences.As a Conference Producer, your role will be to research, design, and deliver high-impact international B2B conferences focusing on the rapidly growing sectors of food-tech, ag-tech, and materials innovation. Responsibilities include creating engaging agendas, securing high-profile speakers, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and co-managing live and virtual events globally.Rethink Events, part of the William Reed Group, is a fast-growing company specialising in international business conferences focused on sustainability and innovation in the food, agtech, materials, and water sectors. Known for delivering major global events, Rethink’s summits take place in San Francisco, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Chicago, Dubai, Mexico City and London.What you’ll be doing:

Conducting in-depth research into industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.Writing engaging and timely agendas for international conferences.Securing high-profile speakers and industry thought leaders for each event.Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive sponsor, exhibitor, and delegate engagement.Contributing to marketing content for websites, brochures, and emails.Traveling internationally to co-manage live events, and act as MC on stage during conference delivery.RequirementsWhat you’ll need

Strong research skills to quickly master new industry topics and identify key trends and influencers.Commercial acumen to understand how to structure conferences that deliver real business value.Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging senior business leaders and crafting persuasive content.Project management skills, with the ability to self-organise, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.Company Benefits Include:
