The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.We’re looking for a technology-loving Product Marketing Lead to join our Platform PMM team. You’ll be our technical guru who understands data and platform infrastructure technology inside-out, and most importantly how that delivers on the pains and needs of technical buyers and stakeholders.Klaviyo’s primary buyer today is Marketing teams, and as we continue to deliver value for our customers and work with larger and larger enterprise customers, how we position and message our data and platform infrastructure becomes crucial.If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, love bridging deep technology to customer needs, and want to not only do the best work of your career, but also inspire others to do the best work of their careers, this place is for you!How You'll Make a DifferenceCrafting differentiated positioning and messaging for our core data and platform infrastructurePartnering with the Product team as the voice of our customers, GTM teams, and the market to help shape product roadmapsLaunching new, innovative features into market that cut through the noisy landscapeUnderstanding the market landscape of the customer data infrastructure and platform space – including TAM/SAM, competitors, packaging & pricing, and much moreBuilding core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, enablement trainings, and core messaging for technical contentBeing an SME for our Sales teams in strategic deals that require deep technical information and engagement with technical stakeholdersWho You Are6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for a highly technical product or time spent as a sales or solutions engineerDeep understanding of data and platform infrastructure technologies and the landscape of vendors in the spaceCan hold your own in conversations with our Product team as well as technical buyersHave examples of how you positioned/messaged to prospective customers to cut through the noise and differentiated your product or serviceLove and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience in e-commerce and retail industries a big plusThe pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
