To manage assigned unit within the Athletics Department.Duties and Responsibilities:Managing and directing all marketing efforts to maximize awareness, revenue, attendance, and fan engagement for the athletic program.Oversees and directs the UAB Athletics branding and licensing efforts while adhering to UAB’s brand guidelines.Partner with communications, ticketing, LEARFIELD, Blazer Boosters, and other campus partners on rollout and execution of marketing and promotion plans.Adhering to established budgets and developing strategies and campaigns to create a positive image and brand for the athletic program and its associated sports.This position will also supervise the full-time marketing and promotions staff as well as appropriate interns and student workers.Salary Range:

$63,875 - $75,000Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required.
