honors for both the state of Arizona and the state of New Mexico.The Marketing Director leads a small team of marketing professionals and plays a pivotal role in shaping REDW's brand identity, generating demand for our services, and expanding our market presence and brand.This position will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with REDW's growth goals across various service lines, including financial services, wealth management, cybersecurity, business valuation, and more. As the leader of a high-performing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping REDW’s marketing approach, building demand, and enhancing revenue.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy, preferably with some experience in the financial sphere, along with a proven ability to lead teams and execute successful campaigns in a competitive market.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with REDW’s business goals, focusing on brand growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.Strategically position REDW's services in a competitive market landscape to increase market share and client acquisition.Lead the marketing effort in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for both new and existing services.Lead, build and mentor a small team of high-performing marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Manage social media strategy, ensuring growth in follower engagement, lead generation, and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.Build and drive REDW's brand presence and reputation through strategic communications, thought leadership, and public relations efforts.Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and brand image.Collaborate with your team to create multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.Implement revenue marketing strategies that support high velocity growth.Collaborate with sales, leadership, and service line leaders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue goals.Plan and execute events, including trade shows and conferences. Ensure our firm-sponsored events are well-organized and deliver a high return on investment (ROI).Oversee the development of all our service-line positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for multiple categories, including financial, wealth management, cyber-security, technology, business valuation, and human resources.Define and understand our ideal client profiles while ensuring consistent and compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.Drive market research and competitive analysis to influence and develop a multi-year product and business strategy.Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Oversee external marketing vendor relationships to ensure there is streamlined communication across all teams to deliver quality services/products to clients.Track and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing activities. Provide quarterly reports to senior management, outlining successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future strategies.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of experience in Marketing roles, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.Demonstrated track record of success in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communication.Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing team members, with expertise in MarCom, Marketing Operations, Digital, Branding, and Content.PREFERREDExperience in professional services firm and accounting industry.REDW is proud of our commitment to equal pay for equal work. The potential annualized pay range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. We make compensation offers within the range based on a range of individual factors, including but not limited to location, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs, and applicable employment laws.Benefits Highlights:Competitive Benefits Package -
