The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.The OCSE Creative Team is an embedded agency helping to create content and marketing across OCSE’s brands. We are a passionate and multi-disciplinary team of creatives, content producers, strategists, interactive designers, and project managers. We deliver impactful customer experiences through thoughtful brand storytelling, powerful content creation, immersive and interactive activations, district applications, high-impact fan activations, emerging technology campaigns, and more.As the Mobile App Content Producer, you will be responsible for curating, creating, and managing engaging content that enhances the overall user experience of our mobile app, ensuring that it reflects the essence and excitement of Honda Center events including Ducks Games, concerts, and other shows. Rich knowledge of mobile app content strategy and execution will be leveraged to create an ongoing conversation between us and our guests that adds interest and value to our offerings. This role currently reports to the VP, Content & Creative Operations.Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the arena's mobile app that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.Content Creation:

Create, implement, and manage content for the Honda Center and Ducks app in line with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Produce high-quality and engaging multimedia content—including articles, videos, images, and interactive features—to be featured on the mobile app.Content Calendar Management:

Develop and maintain a content calendar for the mobile app, which includes push notifications, in-app graphics, video, and app-exclusive programs and activations—considering the unique journeys and needs of various user segments.Content Optimization:

Analyze user engagement metrics, feedback, and trends to continuously optimize and improve content offerings on the mobile app.Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, and operations to ensure cohesive content strategies that support overall brand objectives and event promotions.Platform Management:

Be the creative owner of the content management system (CMS); role will post content and continually adapt/iterate based on app data and user behavior. Role must evangelize a “test and learn” mindset and will provide strategic input for ongoing capabilities development inside the mobile app and CMS platform.Quality Assurance:

Ensure brand consistency in app across tone, voice, art direction, and terminology. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and user experience standards are met. Train new team members on how to use the CMS and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content production, mobile app development, and user experience design to continually enhance the mobile app offerings.Qualifications/Skills:

5+ years of experience in content management in a mobile app environment using a CMSStrong project management skills and the ability to manage a team of designers, writers, and video editorsExcellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging and effective written contentExperience with mobile app analytics tools and the ability to use data to make informed content decisionsStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsPassion for storytelling and the ability to create compelling written narrativesKnowledge of the entertainment and live events industry is a plusAble to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high volume of projectsAble to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamEducation:
