Overview:The Director, Digital Investment will be responsible for activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. This individual will learn and embody Zenith’s vision of Live ROI as a mantra and manage several direct reports.Role Objectives:Lead planning and implementation for client accounts across digital channelsPlays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reportingTraining/Support for Associate Negotiators in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and researchLead in presentation of data, insights and media to clientsServe as client first point of content on Investment, be able to connect and bring in experts from social and precision teams and work collaboratively to produce holistic plansIntimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. magazine, digital mobile, social, videoCraft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate valueManage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliationsAssist supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add NegotiationsBuild relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media planCreate dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clientsPrepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelinesContinuously drive innovationQualifications

Minimum Qualifications:B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field8+ years of digital media buying experienceMust have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skillsMust have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skillsMust be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trendsExperience with Prisma preferredExperience with Research tools such as Nielsen, ComScore preferred
