The PDS team develops Silicon Carbide solutions for high power applications. These applications include automotive, renewable energy, data center, and many emerging markets such as solid-state protection. Our customers rely on us to solve the industry's most complex engineering problems and that takes brain power and willingness to create and innovate.We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and experienced Product Marketing Engineer to define and execute marketing strategies for the PDS group within Qorvo. As a Product Marketing Engineer you will be responsible for growing customer demand and defining new product development roadmaps. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, corporate marketing, applications engineers, and supply chain specialists to grow Silicon Carbide power business and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales team and customers to generate demand creationDevelop product roadmaps based on customer application requirementsSupport the development and execution of product launch plans, ensuring alignment with market requirements and customer needsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and engineering to execute PDS strategiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiationSupport and contribute to technical events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows, to showcase our products and solutionsServe as a resource for customers, providing product demonstrations, technical support, and training as neededResponsible for new product development process and documentation including product pricing, website collateral, sales training, customer training, distribution training, and press releasesQualifications:• BSEE or MSEE and at least 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry• Experience in power semiconductors• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented team player with desire to constantly improve methods of marketing and promoting power products• Strong engineering background and business sense• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Able to travel domestic and internationally to support sales and tradeshow activitiesMAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
