Every employee is an important part of the team.JOB DESCRIPTIONHoboken Grace is seeking a part-time or full-time Production Leader, executing the vision of service programming to create awesome worship experiences that reflect how we value God and that people love to attend. Applicants must have experience leading teams and real-world production/AVL experience and technical knowledge. This position would oversee all production volunteers, training, recruiting, vision casting, structures, and systems. Must be able to lead and develop other leaders, while also being teachable and a team player. Must have a passion for excellence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Strong knowledge of live production (cameras, switching, theatrical lighting, audio) is a plus.QUALIFICATIONSMust be comfortable leading a team of volunteersMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be detail and task-orientedMust be able to multitask and balance multiple projectsMust be able to work on-siteRESPONSIBILITIESRecruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of volunteersOrganizing and maintaining production equipment throughout Hoboken Grace theatersAssisting with planning and executing Sunday services and Hoboken Grace event production
