This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our online presence, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid digital media. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record of building successful digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUSTLead the creation and implementation of a cohesive digital strategy that supports the overall marketing objectives of Upward Projects. This includes setting measurable KPIs, identifying target audiences, and developing strategies for website, email, social media, and digital advertising.Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the Upward Projects website and individual restaurant websites. Ensure websites are optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion.Develop and execute a robust social media strategy that drives engagement, builds community, and enhances brand visibility.Lead the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns that drive guest engagement, retention, and revenue. Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to maximize campaign effectiveness.Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns. Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels.Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that digital initiatives are both innovative and aligned with business goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
