Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes is hiring immediately for an experienced Expeditor/Scheduler Clerk for its envelope manufacturing facility in Kent, WA for 1st shift (6:30am - 2:30pm).

Expeditor/Scheduler Clerk Pay & Schedule $20.5822 /hour Schedule: Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/business needs. Expeditor/Scheduler Clerk Responsibilities & Daily Duties:

Inputs cutting department's daily paper usages. Issues and receives AMC reports. Issues paper on all cutting tickets. Prints, copies and distributes schedules to all departments and machines Creates job pockets with order details and distributes copies to required departments. Pulls partial run orders back to scheduling Bring partial order printing copies back to graphics. Check all stock orders production and receipts and then put on "Close no bill list" send this list to billing. Matches pocket with original orders and put in numerical order. Provides completed job pockets to billing department. Files completed order with all required documentation. File production reports and web roll usage reports. Relabels all stock items. Provides routine administrative support. Expeditor/Scheduler Clerk Physical Requirements & Work Environment:-

Environment is typically general office, thought the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing environment with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels and variations in temperature. The position requires extended periods of use of office equipment including computer, calculator, and telephone. The position requires the incumbent to utilizing manual dexterity including hand/finger and hand/eye. This position requires the incumbent to experience periods of prolonged walking, standing or sitting, may lift up to 25lbs. The position requires the incumbent to regular utilize written and verbal communication skills, including active listening. Cenveo is an EEO Employer

The minimum education required for this position is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Typically possesses 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or production of work orders. This positon requires general office, computer and data entry skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer and data entry skills.
