All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Job Description We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Account Based Marketing (ABM) team. This role offers the opportunity to drive ABM success by creating and delivering impactful content that accelerates account progression and business growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing customized, account-specific content to accelerate target accounts through the sales funnel. This role involves writing and editing high-quality content to accelerate pipeline and account engagement. You will work with the ABM Managers to create engaging, cohesive content campaigns while ensuring that all materials are aligned with the brand voice, style, and tone.Key Responsibilities:Content CreationWork with the EMEA and NA ABM Managers to understand the needs of the acceleration accounts in each region.Develop and execute customized account-specific content that drives accounts from introduction through to proof of concept.Develop audience specific content to generate engagement and conversations with other influencers and stakeholders with the account.Work with product marketing to effectively roll out and develop sales plays for a ‘group’ of acceleration accounts.Collaborate with customer advocacy to ensure compelling case studies are created to support acceleration accounts.Write clear, compelling, and conversational copy for a variety of formats (eBooks, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, etc.) – whatever is required for account needs.Collaborate with the ABM Managers and Sales Teams to align content with account strategy, industry trends, and prospect pain points.Own the creation of personalized account landing pages and other sales enablement materials.Manage the distribution of content via ABM Managers / Sales, Demand Center of Excellence and other platforms such as Outreach.Customize content delivery across digital platforms (where required) to engage target acceleration account audiences effectively.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, content marketing, customer advocacy and sales teams to develop account-specific content that addresses the unique challenges of stakeholders.Work with product marketing & SMEs to distil complex information into easy-to-understand, impactful content for sales teams.Collaborate with design, video, and other creatives to bring content to life.Performance Tracking & OptimizationAnalyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from ABM Managers to improve future efforts.Utilize AI tools to enhance copywriting efforts and scale ABM while maintaining authenticity and driving efficiency.Qualifications

Experience2-3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B tech or a B2B agency.Proven experience in creating successful content strategies for ABM or demand generation.Strong experience in content writing and copywriting, with a diverse portfolio of content formats (e.g., blogs, social media, emails, eBooks, scripts).SkillsAbility to analyze data and make informed, data-driven content decisions.Strong editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proven ability to convert complex concepts into clear, consumable content.Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.Personal AttributesCuriosity and a proactive approach to learning and tackling new projects across various formats and topics.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.A growth mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.Tools & PlatformsExperience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), Pathfactory and 6Sense is preferred.Comfort with data analytics to track content performance and inform strategy adjustments.Additional Information We are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers’ IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise.
