Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.The RISC-V Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager is well-versed in marketing within the semiconductor arena with additional industry application knowledge such as AI, Automotive, Data Center, HPC, and other implementation areas. The candidate is able to engage with both technical and business audiences to comprehend and craft campaigns that resonate toward growth and proliferation of RISC-V. The individual is adept in written, visual, and oral communication to support the many types of media and channels RISC-V leverages to excite and engage audiences around the world. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple marketing and communications disciplines including events, social, AR/PR, digital content cultivation, stakeholder engagement, and community development. The individual will take a deeply collaborative approach through engaging and leading discussions among industry peer marketing leaders across the RISC-V community as well as engaging insights and action from technical, agency, and other peers within the core RISC-V team. The role will play a key role within RISC-V and the broader RISC-V community with support from peers across RISC-V and The Linux Foundation.Candidate will be results oriented and able to set and track progress. The individual will have the aptitude and experience to foresee challenges and pivot quickly to adopt industry best practices and course adjustment while managing and tracking initiatives within budgets, timelines, and priorities. Candidate will have hands-on experience and proficiency in modern marketing software.ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning and MessagingCompetitive analysis and relevant market researchSales Enablement, including business development collateral, such as presentationsCustomer Feedback and InsightsEvent and PR strategies including Event content support based on input from and partnership with RISC-V committees, Linux Foundation Teams, and external agencies.Content Strategy and creation (e.g. case studies and other marketing collateral)Website strategy, content development, and evolution; KPIs on hero content creationGlobal and regional strategies as well as industry specific engagementCoordinate marketing functions across agencies, member organizations, and Linux Foundation teams (e.g., events, PR, creative services, web services)Orchestrate work with external partners (e.g. agencies, event production, storefront, local community platform, video, and other companies) as neededWork with internal IT and program management to manage contacts for RISC-V in a marketing automation system and expanding the database of relevant contacts over timeStrong understanding and technical acumen in microprocessors and related industry applicationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years experience in technical marketing, solution engineering, or a related field.A strong understanding of microarchitectures, related tools and ecosystem, and collaborative technical communities is preferredExperience working with and energizing external communities on complex technical topicsAbility to engage and positively influence multiple internal and external stakeholders in an agency style environmentStrength in global relationship building and partner marketingProven campaign success promoting and supporting products that have technical and business audiencesExperience in modern marketing and CRM softwarePreferredExperience working with standards bodies, Open Source projects, or technical communitiesAdvanced degree in a Marketing or related fieldCreative visual, media, and written skillsThis position is employed by the Linux Foundation as a full-time role, dedicated 100% to RISC-V International.
