Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a marketing powerhouse to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll support the revenue objectives of our North America and UK teams. You'll craft and execute both scalable and targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate new sales opportunities, and strengthen our customer relationships.

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing with direct access to the Head of Marketing. It is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, collaborative marketing professional who wants to make an impact with one of the biggest brands in PropTech. You'll work with a talented, collaborative team of marketers at VTS who tell the VTS story and vision, fuel our growth, and help push the industry forward.

Please note:

this role will be in-office 3 days a week in our New York office.

Here's what you can expect as a Growth Marketing Manager:

Support quarterly and annual growth campaign plans to drive new leads and engagement within our target audiences.Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (content marketing, webinars, campaigns, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and more).Optimize the lead nurturing process to progress sales opportunities along the funnel, improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.Identify, recommend, and pursue new tactics to reach specific target markets in partnership with marketing and sales teams.Conduct campaign A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.To thrive in this role, you have:

3+ years of B2B marketing experience - preferably in a performance marketing role at a growing SaaS or commercial real estate organizationFoundational knowledge and passion for inbound, outbound, and ABM marketing strategiesExperience with marketing automation and distribution tools like Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AdWordsProven experience with co-creating external-facing marketing contentExperience producing marketing content that speaks to prospect/customers pain points and highlights product offerings value propositionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience collaborating across departments and working in an energizing environmentExperience managing budgets and ability to balance multiple priorities effectivelyExperience with commercial real estate is a strong plus, but not requiredWhat VTS Values & How We Show It:

Pay Transparency

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. Base salary is market driven at the point in time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $100,000 to $120,000 and is determined by a few factors including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling and geography.
