DescriptionPosition Summary

The Digital Campaign analyst will be responsible for providing strategic direction, data and insights by analyzing and reporting on the impact of marketing strategies and tests and presenting findings to management, communications governance and customer engagement to influence marketing strategies. Additionally, this role will create, execute, and report on various Marketing and Product split tests to advise strategic planning process.Summary of Essential Job Functions

Design campaign strategies to optimize engagement to targeted populationWork with channel and communications governance to outline strategies to test engagement index.Segment and extract data according to campaign goals and objectives to optimize performanceEvaluate, analyze, and report the impact of performance for ancillary product marketing campaigns including but not limited to credit protection, credit score, paperless enrollments, and authorized usersAnalyze campaign performance and recommend test designs and to optimize channels,messaging, offers, and audiencesCreate, maintain, and continually seek enhancements for reporting dashboardsProduce analysis and insights with structured, strategic thinkingInterpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations to senior leadershipCollaborate with the marketing strategy teams to inform and influence marketing strategiesDevelop and implement A/B tests for distribution, spend and marketing strategiesDesign and execute data campaign validation proceduresPerform other duties as assignedPosition Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or in a related field. Advanced degree a plus.4-6 years of analytics experience using SQL, SAS, R, and Python2+ year of database marketing experienceDemonstrated experience utilizing Tableau and Adobe AnalyticsExperience working with structured and unstructured data sets to produce reports and actionable data modelsStrong knowledge of relational databases and SQLStrong proficiency in Microsoft Tool Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret and evaluate.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently with a high degree of organizationPreferred Experience:
