This client-facing role demands a strategic thinker skilled in unifying SEM, SEO, and paid media efforts into a cohesive, data-driven plan that achieves high return on ad spend (ROAS) and client revenue targets. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on diving into the details, with a deep understanding of bidding strategies, tracking, and keyword-level analytics. This person should be excited to be analyzing and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance and results. You'll coordinate with a team of experts across SEM, SEO, and analytics, ensuring all efforts are aligned and collaborative, not operating in silos. This role is ideal for someone passionate about maximizing client ROI through a holistic, well-informed approach.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Lead and integrate paid ad and SEO strategies by collaborating with SEM, SEO, and analytics specialists to ensure all efforts align and reinforce one another for optimal ROAS and revenue impact. Unified Strategy Development: Design cohesive, client-focused strategies that leverage both paid and organic channels to drive maximum revenue and return on investment, consistently optimizing based on data and cross-channel insights. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing data-driven performance reports, sharing insights, and aligning goals to deliver comprehensive, measurable outcomes. Campaign & SEO Monitoring: Track KPIs, including Conversions, Leads, Sales, Revenue, and ROAS, using tools like CallRail, AgencyAnalytics, and Google Analytics to ensure all team efforts are unified and contribute to overall client success. Cross-Channel Coordination: Partner closely with SEO, content, and development teams to ensure a collaborative approach to digital marketing, breaking down silos to drive collective success across channels. Trend Monitoring: Stay current on industry trends across paid media and SEO, refining strategies to keep campaigns well-informed, cutting-edge, and client-centric. Requirements Experience: 5-7 years in digital marketing, with deep expertise in PPC, SEO, and cross-functional strategy oversight. 4+ years in client facing roles. Skills: Proven success in managing and coordinating high-ROI campaigns across multiple channels, with strong analytical and collaborative skills to drive unified, data-driven results. Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, CallRail, AgencyAnalytics, and Jira. Proven track record of successfully managing paid campaigns that deliver tangible business results. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions that lead to performance improvements. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both clients and internal teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Google Ads certification preferred; experience with SEO tools and conversion optimization.
