In this role you will:Partner with stakeholders and take insights from user research to develop product vision and identify capabilitiesAligned to company strategy and go-to market plans, communicate and create alignment with stakeholders including company officers and senior managementCreate requirements and future enhancements roadmap to support plans to meet OKRsCreate highly collaborative working environments partnering with Product Design, Software Engineering, Creative Services, and Design and Product OperationsModel Agile principles to increase speed and frequency of delivery by maintaining and communicating groomed backlog, providing 1-N prioritization for backlog and set criteria for Minimum Viable ProductProvide leadership direction to direct and matrixed core team members, incorporating feedback from across all functions within product strategy and roadmapCreate, maintain and communicate product roadmaps including near-term delivery/releases and 1-2 year product evolutionDefine product strategy, features, and criteria for evaluating vendors/partners to make ongoing buy, build or partner decisionsIdentify opportunities to create best-in-class capabilities leveraging customer & user feedback, team knowledge and expertise, and connecting to company strengths and resourcesDevelop the plan and deliver breakthrough experiences to market working with technical and non-technical partnersMeasure, improve and continuously deliver to productionTravel to work locations to attend company meetingsTravel to interview/observe the users and/or customersSupervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reportsMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationBenefits and Perks If you have experience in an agile environment and a passion for using servant leadership to deliver amazing solutions, apply to be a part of our innovative culture built on the foundation of generations of success.Remote positionWorking for an organization that focuses on company culture, inclusion and diversity50% medical coverage for you and your entire family, short/long term disability and life insurance options401(k)Life InsuranceThe Ideal Candidate Qualifications:5+ years experience as a Product Manager with consumer-facing and/or B2B experiencesExperience expanding existing products and developing emerging productsSubject matter expertise – deep knowledge of design system best practices, with a focus on technical implementations such as design tokenizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Hyperfocus on the customer - Understands that being a successful product manager is about being effective at delivering a solution that solves a problem for customers. Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services.Understanding of user experience methods and design toolsData informed solution design - translate business needs into practical applications and solutions; ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experienceCommunication - Strong persuasion skills and effective communicator; ability to communicate and evangelize a compelling vision internally and externally; ability to create and tell stories from data. Ability to successfully navigate and contribute to a highly matrixed environment.
