Reaching more than 150 million listeners each month, SiriusXM Media delivers audiences the tailored brand experiences they crave while putting creators first.How you'll make an impact:We are seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to lead our new branded content sponsorships initiative within the podcast advertising division. This entrepreneurial leader will be responsible for establishing and driving a holistic branded content offering for our advertising clients, anchored by the top creators in the SiriusXM Podcast Network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with creators to build out a scalable sponsored content business with domain expertise in Sales, Media Production, Operations, or similar roles within traditional media, social media, podcasting, influencer marketing, or talent management industries.What you'll do:Strategy Development & Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for branded content sponsorships, focusing on Video and Social content.Develop and maintain a business plan for the branded content division, outlining revenue goals and growth strategies, working cross-functionally with stakeholders.Operational Leadership:Manage day-to-day operations of the branded content partnerships team, including sales, content production, and operations.Design and optimize operational workflows to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship campaigns.Campaign Strategy:Oversee end-to-end management of branded content campaigns, including ideation and performance analysis.Develop and implement scalable programs that can be replicated across different campaigns.Data-Driven Decision Making:Establish a measurement framework to assess the performance of brand content partnerships.Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.Sales & Revenue Generation:Partner with internal co-sellers to prospect and close new business.Focus on developing key advertiser accounts, proactively maintaining an account list that includes primarily brands and large agencies.Client & Talent Relationships:Develop and participate in pitches to both talent and advertising clients/agencies.Ensure the highest level of sales and operational customer service for our clients.What you'll need:10+ yrs overall experience in advertising media industryBA/BS Degree or related industry experience.5+ years in digital video advertising sales and Social Monetization.Prior relationships with brands/agencies are essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
