PACCAR also designs and manufactures advanced diesel engines, provides financial services and information technology, and distributes truck parts related to its principal business.Requisition SummaryThe Service Diagnostics Technician/Technical Writer will work on a team responsible for developing repair instructional documentation, validating repair procedures, and developing standard repair times (SRT’s) to support new product implementations and sustaining product support. Content produced supports the Kenworth dealer network and improves serviceability of our product while reducing PACCAR’s long term warranty repair costs.The Technician/Technical Writer will manage multiple work requests while balancing competing priorities to complete assigned tasks.
