Description The Sr Digital Designer leads the creation of compelling digital and/or print content that engages our customers and delivers them to our digital properties.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Responsible for executing digital and/or print creative assets. Creates designs for websites, email marketing, social media marketing, and more.Creates and maintains brand and campaign style guides for promotions and as best practices for our internal team to follow.Provides senior level art direction to other members of the design and marketing teams. Shares that knowledge of design trends, typography, color theory, etc to grow their expertise in the field.Actively participates in brainstorms and concepting sessions.Incorporates direction from marketing and creative leads to deliver assets that result in more customer engagement.Interprets and executes on creative briefs.Creates final images and other assets for use in emails, websites, social media, and more.Collaborates with User Interface Engineers and UX designers to design user-friendly digital experiences.Collaborates with and provides art direction to the photography team.Collaborates with in-house studio and external partners to create compelling, creative short form video.Promotes a culture of positivity, creativity, and actively inspires others.Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design, graphic design, or digital design required.Minimum five years of experience in a creative role with an in-house, corporate, agency or similar creative team required.Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective digital promotional content and/or user interfaces required. Experience creating animations and motion graphics preferred.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, etc.) required.In-depth technical knowledge of various web/digital technologies (HTML, CSS), content management systems, and production methods required.In-depth current knowledge of design trends, typography, and color theory required.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills preferred.Ability to prioritize work and manage projects from concept through final production preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with business partners and other team members preferred.Experience working with photographers, photo teams, videographers, and video editors preferred.Experience working with UX designers and Engineering/Development teams preferred.We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
