About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Summer Intern to join our marketing team in summer 2025! This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various marketing functions, including creative, editorial, corporate communications, product marketing, events, integrated marketing, and sales enablement. The intern will rotate through these departments, providing support and gaining a comprehensive understanding of our marketing operations.
Program Details:
Start date: Early June 2025
End date: Mid-August 2025
Duration: 10 weeks
Hours/week: 40 hours; in-person
Paid: Yes
Location: New York City, NY

What You'll Do:
Creative: Assist in graphic design, video production, and content creation.
Corporate Communications: Help draft and distribute internal and external communications, lead social media tasks, and assist with public relations tasks.
Product Marketing: Assist with developing investment strategy messaging, fund launch materials, and thought leadership content.
Integrated Marketing: Assist in developing strategic marketing programs, data-informed initiatives, and Salesforce campaigns.
Sales Enablement: Help create high-stakes presentations, handle the Knowledge Center, and develop DE&I and sustainability content.
What You'll Need
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or masters’ degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Math, or similar
A graduation date between August 2025 – June 2026
Strong project management skills and key customer engagement
Ability to work in a global business and across time zones
Excellent written and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and take initiative
CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum hourly rate for this role is $20/hour and the maximum salary for the position is $40/hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
