$50- $55 hourly W2Our industry-leading client is looking for a Product Designer to help architect and design high-quality and engaging experiences for customers and associates. You will be responsible for building user flows, wireframes, and design comps and prototypes to ensure products deliver top experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Mobile and Figma experience.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Qualifications for the Product Designer:Experience creating UX artifacts including wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys and workflowsExpertise with FigmaStrong Mobile experienceLarge enterprise background and working with larger corporations/environmentsPrior portfolio and work samples requiredExperience with Jira and ConfluenceLocal to Charlotte area and willing to work a hybrid schedule (2 days a week)Strong experience enhancing customer facing interactionsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other teamsBachelors Degree requiredDirect w-2 employment only - No 3rd Parties/C2C - Position not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or Transfer
