Job SummaryThe Partner Marketing Account Management Team will serve as the sales engine for Partner Marketing and will be responsible for managing the marketing relationship for their assigned partners. This team will comprise marketing professionals whose main task is identifying sponsorship opportunities that align with their assigned partner's priorities. With the support of the Partner Go-To-Market team, we will understand how to integrate partners into SHI’s growth initiatives.

The Partner Marketing Account Specialist will proactively work to develop and maintain partner relationships by ensuring the successful planning and implementation of marketing activities in conjunction with sales, events, growth, campaigns, creative services, digital, product marketing, PPSS, and other teams. The Senior Specialist will plan and collaborate on assigned marketing programs and events.

In this role, you will oversee a roster of assigned partners and will proactively work to develop, maintain, and foster client, partner, and vendor relationships. The Senior Partner Account Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Partner Marketing Account Management.

This position is required to report to the SHI HQ300 office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Understand assigned partners' priorities and solution markets and how to achieve their growth goals through partnership with SHI Marketing

Collaborate with the Partner Marketing GTM and Programs team to identify tactics and sponsorship opportunities that align with their assigned partner's priorities.

Pitch approved sponsorship opportunities to assigned partners

Show partners the value they get from their marketing investments.

Handle large marketing budgets carefully and keep detailed plans.

Represent our top partners well to help them and our company grow.

Manage a regular cadence with partners to ensure all marketing plans are on track.

Solve any problems that come up and keep partners happy.

Share information with clients and partners through presentations and meetings.

Promote our company’s marketing programs to partners.

Help and guide less experienced team members.

Lead events and represent our company at partner conferences.

Co-lead on special projects alongside the marketing management team.

Support assigned events and partner conferences on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Partner Marketing Specialist

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Proficient with AX & CRM

Travel 10%-15% required

Some weekends and extended hours will be required for certain events

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
