As an Associate UI Engineer, reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping a best-in-class infrastructure software team. With a passion for new technology and strong problem-solving skills, you’ll drive impactful solutions while learning from senior engineers to sharpen your expertise and make a difference from day one.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Prioritize and plan deliverables in a 3-week scrum cycle, with 1-week regression testing, moving towards continuous deployment.

Design, document, code, and test solutions for new features and system enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve product/ application issues for escalated support cases.

Collaborate with a distributed development team across US and Asia.

Build components that meet specifications.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Math preferred.

0-1 years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications.

1+ years of experience as a JavaScript developer using modern frameworks like React or Angular (TypeScript is a plus).

Familiarity with agile development and continuous integration/ continuous delivery methodologies.

Experience contributing to web applications, testing components, and working in a team repository.

Proficient with browser debugging tools for layout.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
