Within BlackRock's US Wealth Advisory, Client Marketing defines the strategy to reach financial advisors through multi-channel campaigns, share market insights, and offer guidance on how our products and solutions can serve their end clients. Our aim is to engage advisors with digital content and facilitate conversations with our sales team to drive commercial impact.

We are looking for an

Associate, Digital Marketing

to join our team to manage campaigns to drive commercial outcomes for our

Alternatives

business, which is a growing product category for US Wealth. This person will work cross functionally with product, sales, and digital partners to develop marketing campaigns that support commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Create campaign strategy and manage end-to-end execution of campaigns to commercialize BlackRock's Alternatives platform.Align with product marketing, sales and strategy teams on go-to-market narratives.Optimize the BLK.com experience to maximize visitors, engagement and conversion to sales leads.Manage paid and owned marketing channels, including paid & organic search, email, social, and banners.Develop reporting to track and communicate campaign performance and distribute to key stakeholders.Participate in high-performance team culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, innovation, testing and learning, and quantifiable impact.

Knowledge/Experience:3-5 years of experience in digital marketingIdeal candidates are data-driven marketers with background in B2B or B2C campaign planning and execution.Analytical skills to regularly test & learn, interpret campaign data and metricsAbility to work collaboratively with non-marketing stakeholders and partner on projectsWriting and editing abilities for web, banner and email copyInterest or affinity with financial services / asset management industryExperience working with marketing automation and analytics platforms like, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics or Google AnalyticsBachelor's degree in Marketing or similar

Preferred (not required) Qualifications:Prior asset management experience

Compensation and Benefits:The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
