We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needed.The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.Functions:
Lead the printing and production of client ordersInspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-readyOperate and maintain large-format machines (printers, CNC cutters, laminators, and plotters)Inspect final output to ensure high quality productsVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveysIdeal candidates will also possess:
Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishingA background in the sign or print industryGraphic design background (this is not a graphic design position)Experience working with graphics (walls, windows, vehicles)About you:
You have a strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skillsYou desire to work as a team and are known for being a team playerYou are obsessed with quality (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)You have excellent communication skillsCompensation and Benefits:
