Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role.Activates Diebold Nixdorf’s corporate priorities and culture as trusted counsel and expert writer for executives and other partners by developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies, plans, and programs. Leverages accepted standards, best practices, and various media – email, intranet, video, presentations, town halls, social media, etc. – to inform, influence, and inspire employees about DN’s strategic direction, business plans, change management initiatives, brand, and people. Writes and distributes content required for successful internal communications plans, and edits messages before dissemination for accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness. Ensures a consistent corporate voice permeates messaging to all audiences. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of messaging through surveys and other tools and adjusts plans for continuous improvement. Coordinates efforts by collaborating with internal communications peers and external communications (e.g., public relations, marketing, investor relations). Keeps abreast of company developments and industry trends. May assist peers with developing and implementing new and existing communication vehicles, processes, or programs.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.ResponsibilitiesApplies expertise to help develop and deliver CEO and companywide communications programs, including CEO messages, quarterly earnings, global town halls, annual strategy messaging, and more, supporting the head of internal communications.Assists members of the internal communications team with the development and delivery of other companywide communications programs, including crisis and employee engagement/employee experience activities.Responsible for the development and delivery of the annual strategy and all communication tactics and programs for the Finance team and the chief financial officer.Consults and advises on communication methods and strategies at senior levels across the organization.Assists with planning and logistics for companywide and leadership events and meetings.

QualificationsRequired QualificationsDiploma in journalism, communications, or a related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Internal Communications.Experience communicating on behalf of executives and Finance (or related functions).Excellent business communications skills (English, written and spoken).Strong organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, project management, and presentation skills.Located in the Eastern Time Zone.Salary Range: $130,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
