Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.Pesca Holding is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement marketing initiatives for the Pesca Holding group of companies. We are looking for an individual with extensive background in marketing strategy and implementation for areas included, and not limited to, digital media, web development, digital marketing, sales support collateral, client technical documentation, internal SOP documentation and onboarding support materials, corporate events, personnel hiring, community outreach, and more. Your role generates the marketing focus on intercompany support and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in working B2B and B2C marketing, with an emphasis on and passion for commercial, residential, and hospitality markets in window coverings, interior design, or architectural design.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement traditional/digital advertising, collateral, and marketing strategies.

Coordinate development of creative marketing campaigns, incorporating all appropriate communication channels, which may include paid advertising, email, web, eNewsletters, video, podcasts, social media and other publications.

Create marketing campaign assets such as social media posts, blog content, emails, landing pages, web banners, PPC copy, SEO copy, downloadable content, e-books, or other content as required.

Guide social/content strategy and creation in collaboration with marketing team partners. Identify storytelling opportunities in paid and owned channels while working closely with the marketing team and leadership stakeholders as well as influencers and partners.

Execute social media strategy (both organic and paid) and responsible for monitoring all social channels for engagement, including collaboration with influencers as applicable.

Write long form SEO oriented copy, blog posts, social media content, and SEM copy – as well as landing pages, emails and other content as needed in marketing campaign strategy – always with the patient in mind.

Maintain a collaborative, consultative relationship with subject matter experts relevant to our clients and industry related events or organizations.

Recommend best practices and proactively recognize opportunities to reuse, repackage, and optimize content to maximize return on the company’s marketing investment.

Review content performance for test and optimization purposes, as well as applying key learnings towards the development of future marketing campaigns.

Follow SEO best practices, utilizing competitive analysis, keyword research, and opportunity/gap analysis.

Assist with strategic initiatives and programs to drive new client acquisition and help existing clients become more engaged with the business.

Assist with marketing needs for employee hiring and onboarding including the creation of bios, Google listings, reputation management, website updates, photos and all associated collateral.

Participate in brainstorming, strategy planning and execution for marketing initiatives including digital marketing, print campaigns, special projects etc.

Source required expertise needed for customer-facing collateral for sales, technical support, and other supporting documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital or social media related role.

Experience working in B2C and B2B marketing and social media for at least one brand previously.

Understanding of B2C and B2B digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.

Experience in collateral layout (design and development) for short-form or long-form support materials for internal and external use (this includes all Adobe Creative Suite software).

Experience writing content for print media, social media, blogs, etc. (experience with social media tools and paid social campaigns is a plus).

Experience with relevant media platforms.

Experience in coordinating web development projects.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, with assignments from both superiors and internal departments.

Excellent organizational and project management expertise, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks according to goals.

Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic technical knowledge of HTML/web publishing/WordPress.

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Experience with social media management tools.

Experience with technical experts in CAD, development in instructions creation, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with marketing automation platforms is beneficial but not required.

Knowledge of Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.

Experience in window coverings or interior design fields is a plus.

Basic technical knowledge of HTML/web publishing/WordPress.

Experience working in faced-paced start-up environments and high growth companies.
