Job Description:
As a Marketing and Advertising Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team with day-to-day management and expanding our client base. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for client interaction, and a drive to succeed in marketing and advertising beyond just digital media. You will help manage client relationships, assist in developing marketing strategies, and support business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and growing client accounts
Support marketing initiatives, including client meetings and campaign management
Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored advertising strategies for clients
Help identify new business opportunities and assist in client acquisition
Maintain clear and timely communication between clients and the internal team
Track and report the progress of marketing campaigns
Manage administrative tasks related to client account management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or client management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
