Senior Marketing Manager

to lead the launch into this new market. You’ll work closely with a large and supportive marketing team, so we’re looking for someone with creative flair for developing brand campaigns that capture the imagination of the UK audience. Early startup grit is also essential for this role.Your responsibility will include developing, executing, and managing marketing and growth strategies tailored specifically to the UK market, ensuring we remain competitive and continue to grow.Main Responsibilities

Develop Local Marketing Strategies : Create quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with the company's overall objectives.Own Marketing KPIs : Track and achieve key performance indicators, such as growth and delivery targets.Lead and Manage a Team : Grow and mentor a team of marketing specialists.Manage Marketing Budgets : Oversee monthly and quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring resources are optimally allocated.Oversee Customer Communications and CRM : Develop and manage customer communication plans and CRM processes.Develop Localised Marketing Campaigns : Plan and launch end-to-end campaigns to acquire customers across multiple channels.Identify Key Customer Segments : Tailor marketing messages to different customer groups for maximum impact.Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with teams across customer experience, product, growth, design, food, and other local departments to align on launches, targets, and campaigns.Explore New Customer Acquisition Opportunities : Test and implement innovative strategies to grow the customer base.Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all marketing and customer acquisition activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards.Enhance the Customer Journey : Ensure an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.Build Strategic Partnerships : Develop relationships with key industry players to enhance brand visibility.Monitor and Optimise Campaigns : Continuously analyse performance data to optimise ROI and adjust strategies where necessary.Conduct Market Research : Stay on top of customer behaviour, preferences, industry trends, and competitors' activities.Collaborate with Influencers : Liaise with social media influencers to execute promotional campaigns effectively.Ideal Candidate

Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.Exceptional communication and writing skills in English.Knowledge & Competency :Strong creative and brand management skills.Proven experience in planning and executing successful customer acquisition campaigns.Data-driven growth mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research techniques.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Personality :Strong communicator with the ability to lead and inspire a team.Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Friendly and empathetic, with strong leadership skills.Perks of the Role:

At this stage, you will also be shown the office space and your future desk.Phone Call with a Former Staff Member (15 minutes) : This call will be with the person you are replacing or, if no direct predecessor exists, with a former team member from the department you’ll be joining.
