We’re looking for overachievers.
Earn $60K+ if you’re average, $100K+ if you’re good, and $200K+ if you’re great.
This is in the real estate investment space, and we hire star performers, not backgrounds. Whether you’re young or experienced, if you have the right stuff, we’ll know. Will train someone who has everything we want.
Small base, but MASSIVE performance rewards to get you to $200K and beyond each year. You must be a creative thinker who excels at driving leads, building brand visibility, and generating high-quality investor engagement from scratch. You should be highly self-motivated, an expert in digital marketing, social media strategy, and cutting-edge growth tactics. A brief proposal on how they would market a specific XSITE property.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. Acquisitions and Investor Relations) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators and analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Manage website, social media accounts (YouTube/Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram).
Create and manage email funnels on HubSpot to increase brand awareness and optimize communication to investors and our growing community.
Optimize HubSpot to fully take advantage of its capabilities.
Organize and promote events curated for our growing community.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different platforms.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing.
3+ years of experience in running ads.
Must have prior experience creating effective data-driven marketing campaigns.
Familiarization with SEO strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
Proficiency in WordPress and/or video editing software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Works well with a team.
Must have a great attitude.
Must be willing to learn and adapt.
