2025 Industrial Design Spring Co-op
to join our Global Design team! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with a design team that collaborates across various functions of the business. This is a great opportunity to work with seasoned designers at an industry-leading company. Our intern program is designed to involve aspiring designers in real-world explorations and production-bound projects.In order to be considered for the position, please link or provide your portfolio.What You Will Be Doing:Grow to understand and apply research insights.Use design and technology skills to creatively conceptualize and develop innovative product and component recommendations.Collaborate with peers in engineering, marketing, supply chain, and project management to conceptualize and develop components and products for production.Share your opinions thoughtfully with the team.Explore new concepts through sketching and building quick prototypes.Assist designers in project tasks, such as documenting projects, building physical and digital models, and preparing for presentations.Build relationships with engineers, project managers, and marketers to learn how to implement ideas into real products.Your Future Team:This small and mighty team consists of Industrial Designers, UX Designers, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, and a Model Maker. We are in constant collaboration as a team and cross-functionally. Our design group is aesthetically and culturally diverse, flexible, and open to questions and new ideas.
