VP of Corporate and B2B Marketing
leads the development of marketing objectives, integrated go-to-market plans, and strategies designed to drive awareness, acquisition, retention and expansion among our B2B target audiences and for all our identify and payments risk solutions. This role will drive all initiatives relating to our corporate brand and narrative. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is a key member of the marketing leadership team and sets the vision, tone, performance and culture for the Corporate and B2B marketing team while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, as well as external agencies and financial institutions. Essential Functions Build a leading corporate brand and brand for payments and identify, ensuring that customers trust and believe in our solutions through branding, positioning, narratives and creating the content plan for evolving Early Warning thought leadership Determine marketing objectives, processes and resources required to reach Early Warning B2B customer segments: Define and implement our demand generation strategy, set and deliver on lead gen targets and regularly report on all demand gen activities including marketing accepted leads, marketing qualified leads and sales accepted leads Evolve the design and execution of a data-driven, analytical growth marketing strategy that leads to superior revenue outcomes Analyzes program success and ROI and incorporates insights into future program planning, while designing sustainable approach for prioritization, simplification and focus Collaborates closely with sales and product to define product positioning, narrative and tactics to engage prospects along the customer journey; leads production of compelling B2B marketing materials including key industry and competitive intelligence pieces, sales narratives, product playbooks, etc. Oversees all brand design efforts for identity and payments solutions and the Early Warning corporate brand, ensuring a vibrant, differentiated and impactful design and voice Partner with internal team and agency for B2B communications that position Early Warning as an industry thought leader through press, research, presentations, events, case studies, marketing materials, etc. Builds and manages a high-performing team that is innovative, collaborative and results-oriented Champions the latest marketing trends and technologies in go-to-market efforts with a keen eye for ruthless prioritization Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data Minimum Qualifications Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development or Marketing 12 or more years of marketing including marketing automation, brand, content management and content design, product marketing, email marketing with 7+ years of team leadership in a marketing capacity Marketing thought leader with demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams and agencies Proven ability to persuade and sell strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders; experience managing diverse stakeholder feedback and negotiating to successful outcomes Strong record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and building customer and partner relationships Exceptional leader and team player with proven ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while working effectively within fast-paced, cross-functional teams Excels at executing as the player/coach, with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute Prior experience working for a company with a strong, premium brand in the financial services and payments space. The Pay Scale For This Position In Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $220,000 - $240,000. New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $260,000 - $280,000.
