Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:Leading design appointments with homeowners for personalized selections of interior and exterior finishesCompleting change orders through internal processesAssisting in completing the Boise Design Center – helping in selections for displays, communication with ordering, etc.Overseeing and owning relationships with external design representatives, such as coordinating communication with companies that supply samples for our Design Studio and home finishes.Management and oversight of the Online Design Studio for the Boise DivisionCommunicating with the Sales Team and Construction Team on design changes, updates, and customer choicesThorough understanding of floor plans, 2020 designs of cabinets, etc.Requirements
2+ years of experience with a residential production home builderBachelor’s degree in interior design or related field (preferred)Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detailExcellent communication skills with customers and team membersAbility to lift up to 35 pounds
