About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Global Transformation team as a Senior Manager, Marketing Procurement based in Shelton, CT. The Senior Manager, Marketing Procurement is responsible for leading global Creative development, Media and digital sourcing activities for all of Subway. Responsibilities include developing sourcing events, analyzing the supply market, contributing to new supplier selection processes, and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate material creation and timeline with printers, fulfillment center, and internal stakeholders.

Work with fulfillment center to forecast quantities and develop POP kit SKUs.

Develop item management system to document existing assets, materials, costs, quantities.

Identify and quantify areas of opportunity related to material creation, shipping, and fulfillment costs.

Identify program level risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Work with suppliers to ensure that existing services meet their service targets.

Drive continuous process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.

Interface with key high-level executives, including the Chief Marketing Officer.

Set strategies for key categories and drive value for Subway.

Develop and implement procurement strategy and savings in line with company strategy.

Lead Subway strategy in negotiating and executing contracts for Global and North American Marketing spend.

Develop relationships with senior executives from key suppliers.

Partner with the business to optimize marketing spend and drive cost reductions.

Manage all Global Creative, Media, and Digital spend.

Optimize vendor management for key marketing vendors.

Build strong relationships with all business partners and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Technical Field or equivalent experience.

6+ years experience in related field.

Vendor management skills.

Experience in Global Strategic Sourcing and marketing sourcing.

Management of vendor relationships and strong expertise in outsourcing.

Knowledge of the procure to pay process.

Demonstrated understanding of legal contracts.

Indirect Procurement experience.

Proven track record of working with multiple executive level stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to present ideas in business-friendly language.

Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.

Ability to interface with Subway Leadership Team members.

Strong consulting skills, specifically in managing change and project management.

Familiarity with outsourcing and service level agreements.
