The Marketing Content Coordinator will drive brand awareness and customer engagement by crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. Working closely with dedicated teams in marketing, product management, and customer service, the coordinator will enhance the customer experience and contribute to revenue growth through strategic content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with shoppers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and other marketing materials.

Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation and enhance consumer engagement.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, quickly identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with the Product Manager to ensure all marketing content reflects product quality, compliance, and brand messaging.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains relevant, competitive, and innovative.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotional events.

Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and insights that align with the company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

Essential Functions:

Achieve company goals through collaboration with the marketing team and other departments.

Collect and analyze data on customer engagement and content performance to optimize future marketing efforts.

Create reports on content performance, including metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, and customer feedback.

Travel domestically up to 2 times a year for industry events or team meetings, with trips lasting 2 to 4 days.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of experience in marketing content creation, preferably in the eCommerce industry.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content management systems.
