What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage the creation and optimization of Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns based on client goalsExecute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI in paid search campaignsTrack, report, and analyze website analytics for all social and search marketing initiativesOptimize copy, images, and landing pages for various marketing campaignsProvide general support and assistance for builder partners, including email marketing updates
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 3 years of proven digital marketing experience with successful traffic conversionAt least 2 years of experience in both paid search and social advertisingRequired home builder industry experienceProficiency in Google Analytics; experience with Google Data Studio is a plusStrong analytical, technical, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):A general passion for House Hunters International on HGTV (optional, but strongly encouraged!)Experience with campaign budget management and reconciliationFamiliarity with SEO opportunities based on SEM data and results
