RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior CAD Designer, you will work on Facility and Process projects for our clients in Food Processing, Pet Food, Chemicals Manufacturing, Automotive and Steel Manufacturing industries.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate must be proficient in CAD using Revit. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D and prior experience working on Industrial and Manufacturing projects a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Structural Engineers to provide structural engineering solutions for new and existing buildings.
Utilize Revit for 3D modeling and 2D drawings.
Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Structural Design for industrial buildings (Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Masonry, Utility Racks, Pipe Supports)
Facility field work for gathering of information
Development of 2D and 3D structural documents and CAD models
Development of structural details and sections
Walkdown sites and update existing structure drawings to an 'as built' status
Other Requirements:Must be able to make site visits to client facilities. Duties include climbing ladders and stairs to inspect and measure components of existing buildings and work areas.
