We're in search of an experienced Technical Writer to transform complex IT concepts into straightforward, engaging documentation. This role focuses on detailing Paysera's products for enhancement and re-engineering, crafting easy-to-understand manuals with the help of diagrams, charts, and illustrations. The ideal candidate should excel in documenting APIs using OpenAPI Specification and be adept at employing AI tools to optimize workflow. With at least three years of IT technical writing experience, proficiency in the Atlassian Suite and Google Workspace, and strong analytical and project management skills, the candidate will ensure our technical documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date. A background in system analysis or PHP development/QA is a plus. Defining Documentation Standards: collaborate with technical stakeholders (Developers, QA, Solution Architects) to establish and define documentation standards, ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation materials;Describing the As-Is state of Paysera's products: work closely with technical stakeholders to thoroughly document the current state (as-is) of Paysera's products, providing detailed information necessary for further development and potential re-engineering efforts;Structuring Information and Creating Visual Aids: organise and structure scattered information into manageable and coherent sections, ensuring that the documentation is easy to navigate and understand for various stakeholders. Develop visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and illustrations to supplement written documentation and enhance understanding of complex technical solutions;Setting up API Specification Process: Establish and maintain the API specification process based on the OpenAPI Specification (OAS), ensuring that API documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to developers and other stakeholders;Creating and maintaining the products' knowledge base, which will serve as a central repository for all relevant documentation; regularly review existing documentation to identify outdated or redundant content and make recommendations for updates or removal;Providing Documentation Training: offer training sessions or workshops to internal teams or stakeholders on effective documentation practices, tools, and techniques;Monitoring Documentation Usage: track metrics related to documentation usage, such as page views, downloads, and user engagement, to assess the effectiveness of documentation and identify areas for improvement;Participating in Agile Processes: collaborate with the Agile development team and participate in Agile ceremonies such as dailies, backlog refinement, and planning to ensure documentation needs are addressed throughout the development lifecycle.What we're looking for:

Excellent English writing (C1+) and verbal (B2+) skills;Proven experience (3+ years) working as a technical writer in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of IT concepts, systems, and processes;Proven exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for various audiences, including developers, QA, Solution Architects, Product Manager, BA and end-users;Hands-on skills in documenting API using OpenAPI Specification is a must;Advanced usage of AI tools: excellent prompt engineering, using AI for the code and database analysis;Proficiency in Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) and Google Workspace;Strong analytical skills: defining the optimal documentation format to resolve information bottlenecks;Strong technical and reverse engineering skills: ability to dive deeply into the codebase to analyse current functionality and system dependencies;Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively;Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, QA, Solution Architects, Product Managers, BAs;Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical information, identify potential gaps or inconsistencies, and propose effective solutions;Proactive position: an ability to operate independently within the frame of major tasks dictated by company needs.Candidates providing portfolios are treated as a top priority.Nice to have:

System Analysis or Requirement Engineering experience;The awareness of widely-known style guides (Microsoft Manual of Style, Chicago Manual of Style, etc.);Modelling notations: BPMN, UML, IDEF0;A hands-on development (PHP) or QA experience.For candidates:
